Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TruCut Creations and Ady’s Shop! This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Times

Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, processing times may vary.

Custom & Personalized Items:

Allow 5–14 business days for us to create your item before shipping.

(Some detailed or seasonal items may require extra time.)

Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items:

Ship within 2–5 business days.

During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping method is based on:

  • Package size
  • Weight
  • Your location
  • The most cost-effective option

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using Shopify’s system, based on:

  • Package weight
  • Size
  • Delivery address
  • Chosen shipping speed

Shipping fees are nonrefundable once the order has shipped.

4. Local Pickup (If You Choose This Option)

Local customers may choose Local Pickup at checkout.

Please follow these guidelines:

  • Wait for your pickup confirmation email
  • Follow pickup instructions provided
  • Pick up your item within 30 days
  • Unclaimed items are nonrefundable

If Local Pickup was selected by mistake, you will need to pay shipping before we mail the order.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

TruCut Creations is not responsible for:

  • Items shipped to an incorrect address
  • Packages lost or delayed due to address errors
  • Re-shipping fees caused by inaccurate information

If a package returns to us, the customer must pay shipping again to resend it.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is out of our control.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Stolen packages from your address
  • Missing packages marked as “Delivered”

However, we will gladly help you:

  • Track your order
  • File a claim
  • Communicate with the carrier

7. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email trucut.c@gmail.com within 7 days
  2. Include:

    Your order number

    Photos of the product and packaging

    A brief description of the issue

    We will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost to you.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

If you require international shipping, please contact us before ordering to check availability and pricing.

9. Holiday Seasons & High Volume Times

During seasons like Christmas, custom events, or major launches:

  • Processing times may increase
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays
  • Materials may be in higher demand

Ordering early is recommended for holiday delivery.
