1. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Most of our items are handcrafted, laser-cut, painted, or assembled by hand. Each piece is made with care and may have slight natural variations.
2. Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely. Many of our items can be customized with names, colors, or design changes. If you need something special, just contact us!
3. Do your items vary from the photos?
Because we use natural wood, paints, and handcrafted processes, slight variations in color, texture, or grain are normal and part of the charm.
Shipping & Pickup
4. How long does it take to ship my order?
- Custom items: 5–14 business days
- Ready-made items: 2–5 business days
High-volume seasons (like Christmas) may take longer.
5. Which carriers do you use?
We ship through USPS, UPS, and sometimes FedEx depending on size and location.
6. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local customers can select Local Pickup at checkout. Please pick up orders within 30 days.
Refunds & Returns
7. Can I return a custom item?
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
8. What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll replace or fix the issue.
9. Can I cancel my order?
- Custom orders: cancel within 24 hours.
- Non-custom items: cancel before shipping.
Safety Information
10. Are your products safe for kids?
Many items in Ady’s Shop are kid-friendly, but some may contain small parts. Adult supervision is recommended for all children under 13.
11. Do you use non-toxic materials?
Yes—any item intended for children uses non-toxic materials. Decorative adult items may use different finishes.
12. Do rings or small items pose choking hazards?
Some items do include small pieces. Please keep away from children under 3 unless noted otherwise.

13. How do I pay for my order?
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s Checkout System. We never see or store your card information.
14. Do you store my personal information?
We only collect what is needed to complete your order. All payment details are processed through Shopify’s secure platform.
15. Do you sell personal data?
No. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
