By accessing our Shopify store or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.

We accept payments through:

  • Shopify Payments
  • Credit/debit cards
  • Other approved Shopify payment methods

We do not have access to or store your full payment information.

All payment processing is handled securely by Shopify.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Custom Orders

When placing a custom order, you agree that:

  • All personalization details provided are accurate
  • Custom orders may require additional time
  • Design proofs (if provided) must be approved promptly

We begin preparing materials soon after an order is placed.

Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer:

  • Shipping (USPS, UPS, or other carriers)
  • Local Pickup (if selected at checkout)

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct delivery option.

Shipping Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary
  • Carrier delays are outside our control
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

Local Pickup Notes:

  • Pickup instructions will be sent by email
  • Orders should be picked up within 30 days
  • If local pickup is selected by mistake, shipping costs will be required before shipment

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because many products are custom or personalized:

Custom Items:

Not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Custom Items:

May be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is ours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

We will repair, replace, or remake the item.

8. Children’s Use of the Website

Ady’s Shop sells products for children, but the website and checkout are intended for adults.

We do not knowingly allow children to submit personal information or orders.

Any child-related details (such as a name for personalization) must be provided by a parent or guardian.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—such as:

  • Logos
  • Designs and artwork
  • Written descriptions
  • Digital files

Custom designs may be reused or displayed by the shop unless otherwise agreed.

  • TruCut Creations is not liable for misuse of products
  • We are not responsible for injuries caused by forcing rings or wearing improperly sized items
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, wear and tear, or damage caused by user handling
  • We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping issues
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by Shopify outages or third-party service interruptions

Your use of our website is at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store uses services from:

  • Shipping carriers
