Refund policy

Thank you for supporting TruCut Creations and Ady’s Shop. We take great pride in creating handmade, custom, and high-quality items. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, this Refund & Return Policy explains what can and cannot be returned.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Most items in our shop are custom-made, handcrafted, or personalized.

For this reason:

Custom and personalized items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds

unless the item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our mistake

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can fix it.

2. Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return if:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the mistake was ours.

A refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Rings & Small Accessories

Because sizing varies and each person’s fingers differ:

  • Rings cannot be returned due to improper sizing
  • We are not responsible for rings getting stuck or damaged from forcing them to fit
  • Please supervise children when trying on rings

If a ring arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:

  1. Email trucut.c@gmail.com within 7 days
  2. Include:

    Order number

    Photos of the product and packaging

    A description of the issue

    We will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

However, we will assist with tracking or filing a claim when possible.

6. Cancellations

Custom Orders:

May be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this, materials may already be prepared or production may have begun.

Non-Custom Items:

May be canceled before shipping.

If you need to change something, please contact us quickly.

7. Local Pickup Orders

If you choose Local Pickup at checkout:

  • Wait for our pickup confirmation email
  • Pick up your order within 30 days
  • Unclaimed items are nonrefundable

If Local Pickup was selected by mistake, shipping must be paid before the order is mailed.

8. Digital Products (if applicable)

Digital or downloadable files are non-refundable once delivered.

9. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for us to process
  • Additional time depending on your bank or card provider
